Steps to Export VM List:

Log in to the Azure Portal (portal.azure.com)
In the search bar at the top, type "Virtual machines" and select it from the results
On the Virtual machines page, click on the "Export to CSV" button in the top menu
Choose the subscription(s) you want to include in the export
Select the columns you want to include (ensure NAME, LOCATION, SIZE, OPERATING SYSTEM, and STATUS are selected)
Click "Download" to get the CSV file

For VMs with more than 8 cores, the number of core licenses is rounded up to the nearest even number.
The total is then calculated across all your VMs.
